Open the Norton 360 Control Panel. Then pick the "Tasks" menu option and select the "Manage Backup Sets" choice.
Place a checkmark beside the computer drives or folders on the "What" menu tab that is listed beneath the backup sources that you desire to backup files or folders on your computer.
Select the file categories that you are going to backup. Additional files and folders can be added to your backup by selecting the "Add a File" or "Add a Folder" menu option.
Pick the "Where" menu tab to select the destination for your backup files. Norton provides 2 GB storage for online backups, but you can also choose a DVD/CD drive, thumb drive or portable media to save your files.
Click the "When" menu tab to choose the start time and day of the month to conduct your regular backups of files using Norton 360. Note that if you are using portable storage media, the drive must be connected to your computer, or CD/DVD inserted into the drive prior to the scheduled time in order for the backup to work as scheduled. Choose the "Save Settings" menu option and close Norton 360. It will now be configured.
